We recommend buying our safety device based on the weight of your pup. If your pup is on the edge of two sizes, we find it’s best to size up to the larger size.
The Starter Kit comes with a Bow Wow Buddy® safety device, a Stay-Fresh Jar, and a 5-pack of bully sticks to fit the specific size of the safety device included.
The Starter Kit is a package that is customized to fit the specific Bow Wow Buddy® device size. As such, we are unable to return individual parts and the entirety of the kit needs to be returned for a refund or exchange.
At this time, we are only able to offer bully sticks with our Starter Kit. We are in the process of offering a bundling option on our website that will allow you to customize what you receive. Stay tuned!
The Stay-Fresh Jar is tall enough to hold only 6” bully sticks and our 6” collagen sticks. At this time, we do not have an option for 12” sticks but we are in the lab working on it!
