Returns Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Our bully sticks have been hand-selected to fit with our Bully Buddy. If bully sticks from other vendors are used in the Bully Buddy, the sticks may not fit properly and could be removed from the Bully Buddy by your dog during use. Pets should be supervised while enjoying our products.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.
